My condolences to the Crisp family
Thursday, November 6th, 2008I just wanted to give my condolences to the Crisp family.
Today Brandon Crisp’s body was found just outside Barrie, Ontario minutes away from the airport I fly out of ( Lake Simcoe Reg) . Brandon went missing Oct 13th and many searches were unable to find him. RIP Brandon.

First solo night flight complete
Thursday, September 18th, 2008Yesterday night I had a chance to do my first solo night flight. I just stayed in the circuit and did a ton of touch and go’s. I practiced landing without landing lights, short field takeoff/landings. It was so much fun flying at night. Can’t wait to my next flight! Night rating is coming along!

Seneca students make emergency landing on highway!
Thursday, September 4th, 2008Just read some news about a Seneca College pilot and a couple passengers made a emergency landing on a highway in North Hudson NY. They were en route to Burlington, Vt., when their engine failed. They were flying a Beechcraft Bonanza 36 (single piston aircraft).
